Develop and operate a SaaS solution that will leverage the power of Digital Twins for smarter industrial operations. We are looking for a highly-motivated and passionate individual, entrepreneurial in spirit, with a genuine interest in technology and a proven track record in leading and developing teams to deliver cloud-based SaaS software solutions. As a key leader in our organization, you will be responsible for building a global development organization in Europe, Israel, and India, and leading the software delivery process throughout its lifecycle - development, quality and operations (DevOps/SysOps). You will also be responsible for interacting with internal and external stakeholders and managing relationships with partners and service providers. You will be required to demonstrate leadership and team development skills to drive the team’s productivity, proficiency, motivation and engagement.This position will report to the startup leader.
What part will you play?

• Hire and develop high-performing teams
• Define and execute the startup’s development strategy in line with its business goals and architectural vision; the strategy should address the full range of R&D activities, including development, innovation, quality, operation (DevOps/SysOps), security and compliance
• Oversee software delivery and operations
• Oversee definition and implementation of agile processes to ensure the development organization is value-driven and continuously improves
• Foster a culture of engineering excellence, innovation and continuous learning
• Drive the performance, engagement and sense of ownership of the team

What you need to make real what matters.

• Master Degree or PhD in Computer Science or in a related technical field
• 6 years minimum of leadership experience with large and globally distributed development organizations
• Deep knowledge and experience in Agile software development (advantage: experience with SAFe)
• Strong background in Cloud architecture
• Java-based Backend development
• DevOps technologies and practices
• Web Application development an advantage
• Experience with OT/IoT technologies an advantage
• Excellent communication skills in English - written & verbal
• Team player, fast learner, highly motivated, creative, and responsible with excellent people and collaboration skills
• Travel required for 5-10% of time
