Job Summary

Responsible for sales support activities including account management, customer escalations and coordinating surveys and construction projects between regional and divisional sales, care and service delivery departments. Works on straight forward tasks using established procedures.

Core Responsibilities

  • Coordinate construction project status updates and communication in various online tools and systems.
  • Must have working knowledge of the follow software: Salesforce, Orion, tableau, workbench, century.
  • Must have experience with Excel, including pivot tables, and v-lookups.
  • Assist in closing order cancellation tasks.
  • Perform order entry in customer video migrations.
  • Provide day of install support for the field technicians to prevent failed installations.
  • Submit customer credits for referrals, billing errors or executive escalations when needed and work directly with customers on expedited orders and escalations.
  • Serve as coordinator between regional and divisional teams.
  • Coordinate special projects, portfolios and support readiness testing for new product launches.
  • Launch and close out various tasks related to surveys, premise surveys and construction in order to facilitate a smooth customer order work flow.
  • Participate in ongoing training in order to keep up to date on offers, system changes and additional work requirements.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on Business Class products, promotions and systems.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
