We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated Sales Professional to join the team in our Macquarie Park office, NSW. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, this role will be responsible for customer & portfolio growth targets in NSW for the Process Instrumentation & Analytics Products offering. The primary function is to achieve annual sales growth targets by working closely with our business partners while being supported by the Business Unit technology & support team to provide competitive and innovative solutions to our customers.Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to: • Performing all required business development activities for target territory/accounts such as; - Identifying and evaluating customer needs to provide the best product/system for the customers application - Work with our partners & business units in preparing and submitting technical offers to customers - Preparing, submitting, & negotiating offers• Be the customer advocate within the Siemens organisation, taking responsibility for all customer engagement ensuring a positive experience• Perform sales administration tasks such as sales opportunity pipeline management, CRM management, forecasting, etc.The ideal candidate will be highly motivated with a Trade/Diploma in a technical discipline and have experience in an end-to-end Sales or a Business Development role where they can demonstrate a successful track record. You will have a technical understanding of industrial instrumentation sector, with application experience and knowledge in pressure, level, weighing and flow so that you can select and support designing of instrumentation solutions.You must be able to communicate effectively and be able to build strong relationships at all levels within customer organisations and Siemens internally.
