Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a full-time Early Career Recruiter. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering volume, caliber, and required disciplines of high school, college and intern talent within the specified timeframe. The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of Human Resources practices, processes, and regulations, Applicant Tracking System (ATS) - i.e. Talent Suite, and be able to work in a high volume, fast-paced recruiting organization. Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in an HR or business related major.
Desired Skills:
•Demonstrated knowledge and practice of Human Resources practices, processes, and regulations.
•Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) - i.e. Talent Suite
• Experience working in a high volume, fast-paced recruiting organization
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Ability to work in a collaborative and team-based environment
•Proficient with Microsoft Office
