What you’ll be doing:
- Prospect, pitch and close new restaurants in the territory via cold calls, walk ins, and in person meeting
- Develop a data-driven and strategic approach to support the local acquisition strategy (food and non-food verticals)
- Support the acquisition process in a collaborative and consultative manner by troubleshooting prospects’ concerns, developing up-to-date pitch materials / briefs and bespoke business cases for prospective partners
- Lead the end-to-end sales cycle with our key partners through strategic business partnership negotiations and bespoke commercial deals
- Ensure a complete integration process when bringing a partner onboard, including a smooth handover process to designated Accounts Managers
Skills & Requirements:
- 3+ years of Business development or Accounts Management experience in related fields such as F&B, groceries or retail are preferred but not a requirement
- Self-driven with a proven sales record and an appetite for scaling a portfolio of accounts
- Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information
- Ability to build rapport with internal and external business stakeholders
- Strong communication - with the ability to elevate conversation with partners
- Ability to persuasively demonstrate product and industry knowledge to partners
- Be tenacious and motivated by an entrepreneurial environment with long term growth plans
- Strong commercial acumen and a desire to innovate and find new ways to grow the business
