Have you managed a channel business before and want to do it at a hyper-growth company and in a non-salesy business model? The DACH region is Atlassian's largest market in Europe, with fast growth in all segments including enterprise. Atlassian's low-touch model together with our existing channel partners has served us very well, but we also understand that at scale, doing business in this territory requires a stronger local presence. To support the continued rapid growth we are expanding the DACH channels team. We are looking for a passionate channel manager who understands how to drive business together with specialist and strategic partners, and with experience working successfully with medium and large consultancy and services companies. The Channel Manager's primary responsibility is to focus on extending Atlassian's business model through the recruitment and development of a portfolio of consulting and services Partners. The Manager will be responsible for finding, growing and shaping partners to build Atlassian mind and market share in the region. Atlassian is growing and we are looking for an exceptional individual who understands the channel business, and also understands how to grow and manage a region. Recruiting and enabling partners is a large part of the position, as is the ability to drive marketing and sales activities with your partners to increase brand awareness and Atlassian product adoption.
More about you:
- More than 3 years of experience recruiting, enabling and developing partners in the enterprise software industry, ideally in a SaaS context for both boutique partners and national system integrators
- Strong sales acumen (with end-customer account management / business development experience preferred) to enable and drive partners as well ass align with Atlassian's Enterprise Account Team
- 1:many partner management experience (driving efficiency in a 1-tier partner model). Business development experience to increase vendor share of wallet and corresponding partner investment in assigned partner territory.
- Team-oriented interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interface with a wide variety of people and roles. Ability to build and coach territory team over time.
- Technically savvy, good problem solving and analytical skills and strong attention to detail. Not afraid to deep-dive into operational day-to-day.
- Native German, Fluency in English
