Job Description

ADP is hiring a Channel Sales Director within ADP Major Account Services. The candidate is responsible for increasing productivity across ADP Sales through the ERP and value added reseller (VAR) channel. The reseller channel is growing rapidly so we are looking for a candidate who has leadership experience, knowledge of the VAR channel and ERP ecosystem, who can support with both channel operations as well as VAR field sales. This diverse skill set will serve the channel well, enabling the team to pivot quicker, accomplish more in a shorter amount of time and drive productivity faster with the top VAR partners nationally.

Duties Included:

  • Responsible for driving sales productivity and enablement of ADP's top VAR and ERP partners.
  • Support the co-sell learning needs of ADP sales representatives.
  • Support the creation and execution of the VAR co-sell sales process in partnership with ADP contracted Value Added Resellers
  • Coordination of channel specific ESO paths to ensure timely updates, development cases are submitted and prioritized, and field and inside sellers can provide VAR quotes/orders quickly.
  • Coach sales leadership on VAR and ERP integration partnerships that increase sales effectiveness of their teams.
  • Host national internal calls with VAR field and inside sales teams to educate on partner strategy, best practices and integrations
  • Host national external VAR partnership calls to educate partners on technology, integration and ADP sales enablement best practices
  • Communications to sales teams with turnkey industry and technology thought leadership to drive partner engagement and adoptions (ex. Tip-of-the-day week, Sales Wins, quantitative results).
  • Build ERP and VAR sales methodology training in Litmos and manage content coordinated with the learning team
  • Work with Product Marketing and Partner Marketing teams for additional partner tool support, vertical marketing, and ERP tailored messaging.
  • Work with Competitive Intel to elevate their knowledge of top competitors in the ERP space to help drive win rates for Major Accounts
  • Work with MAS Sales operations to build in partner KPI's into Salesforce.com
  • Support the standardization and reporting on key KPI's across the channel to report back to SLT on the VAR/ERP initiatives.
  • Process new VAR contracts and coordination of reporting and onboarding of the partners
  • Report market information regarding HCM/ERP competitors, as well as inhibitors and field successes and best practices where appropriate.
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and events that provide lead generation

The targeted base salary range for this role is listed in the compensation section below. Actual salary may be above or below this range based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. In addition, this position may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity, or commissions.
