This position
The HR Business Partner will oversee the full life cycle of our employees supporting predominantly our Israeli team with additional responsibilities across EMEA. This is an exciting role that offers the successful candidate a huge opportunity to impact a growing office, business strategy and people operations in a multi-national arena.

This position is an Individual Contributor role reporting to the HR Director – EMEA and is designated Flex.

Responsibilities

HR business partnering
• Partner with the EMEA HR Team to manage and implement HR strategies/programs for the EMEA region
• Coach and influence leaders through change and people programs across EMEA but with a specific focus on Israel.
• Sole HR point of contact for DocuSign Israel with full responsibility for working with Senior Leaders on everything from HR Strategy to employee lifecycle matters
• Support the Recruiting and Global Comp & Benefits team with insights into compensation and benefit competitiveness in the market
• Work closely with the HR Leadership team to build effective talent strategies including engagement, retention, and development
• Challenge and mentor business leaders towards greater differentiation of performance assessments & rewards in order to drive higher performance levels across aligned group
• Act as a HR contact for client groups

Talent development
• Deliver candid feedback and constructive coaching on an ongoing basis to business leaders in order to help them progress most efficiently towards goals
• Drive skill building, experience and growth through active awareness of talent portfolio and opportunity
• Partner with and support Talent Development team to build and deliver suitable organisation development opportunities across the business
• Provide thought leadership, related to strategic delivery and preparation for change management plans
• Support regular reviews of talent, development opportunities, succession plans and career pathways for high potential individuals
• Actively seek personal and professional development and networking to build best-in-class HR team

HR operations
• Effectively utilise the HR operations team to provide local leadership with thorough reporting mechanisms, account plans and metrics
• Drive the delivery of manager self-service and enablement through system utilisation and skill building

Employee relations
• Use solid in-depth working knowledge of employment practices/law to manage any grievance, investigation, or disciplinary process for client groups
• Share best practice and support the wider EMEA team in employee relations issues that may arise

Basic qualifications
• BA/BS degree or professional qualifications in Human Resources
• Experience in a HR business partner role within a similar fast paced organisation
• Experience in supporting and coaching high performing teams.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred qualifications
• Solid background in driving improvement in performance utilising performance improvement plans and coaching methodologies.
• Knowledge of Israeli employment law
• Experience in influencing management and guiding through change programs.
