POSITION SUMMARY:

The Product Marketing Associate is a full-time position, responsible for assisting with the development and implementation of product marketing strategies, managing all aspects of the product life cycle from forecasting to execution in store, as well as the analysis of sales and market trends to continually optimize the product offering within the Travel Retail channel. #ELCTravelRetail

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop forecast and distribution strategy for future product launches. Work with the global brand team, pricing, and distribution center to ensure accurate and on-time set-up and delivery of new product catalogs to retailers. Collaborate with commercial teams to optimize new launch allocations. Collaborate with distribution center team to process new launch collateral orders.

Maintain the ongoing product assortment and launch calendars and communicate all changes to regional teams. Maintain accurate retailer assortment status in SAP.

Provide forecasts for ongoing SKUs to the worldwide demand planning team to support future marketing initiatives and trends.

Actively investigate, compile feedback and analyze sales to identify product assortment gaps and opportunities, and develop future category strategies. Monitor and report new launch results.

Manage ongoing collateral forecasts and orders ensuring adherence to budget. Collaborate with Visual Merchandising team to anticipate and execute collateral production.

Create newness presentations seasonally. Prepare reports and presentations as needed ad hoc.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Must be a self-starter with excellent project management skills, and the strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Must be highly organized and detail oriented.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Must be an excellent team player with the ability to build, foster, and nurture relationships with members of the worldwide teams and cross-functional regional teams.
• Ability to grasp key marketing analytical skills while also being creative.
• Fluency in English required. Working knowledge of Spanish preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows; Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Available to travel up to 10% of the time.
