Executive Assistant to Chief Product Officer

We are looking for a dedicated, driven, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our Chief Product Officer. As the Executive Assistant you'll be a master-problem solver, ready to tackle issues before they arise. You have top-notch communication skills and have a knack for understanding the needs of individuals before they arise. You have exceptional attention to detail while executing various items and can deliver under pressure in an ever-changing environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize the dynamic and complex schedules of the CPO, and the departments under his purview. Manage multiple calendars- coordinating with both internal and external parties.
• Arrange domestic and international travel (extensive travel arrangements)
• Coordinating Executive Briefings
• Work with Recruiting to help coordinate interviews
• Prepare expense reports
• Operational process management and improvement
• Plan and coordinate team events
• Manage special projects and assignments on-demand

Desired Qualifications, Skills, & Experience:

• 5+ years of Administrative Assistant experience, with at least 3 years supporting Executive level staff.
• Strong people skills and a proven record of building successful relationships.
• Excellent project management, prioritization and organizational skills.
• Solid computer skills, and experience working with calendar applications, MS Excel and/or Google Docs/Sheets, travel and expense software
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
• Strong people skills and a proven record of building and maintaining successful relationships
• Comfortable delivering under pressure in a dynamic environment
• Exceptional organizational skills and time management skills
• Experience with Google Calendar highly preferred
