Job Description

• Help shape the future: Working as a Bosch internal consultant, you will advise Bosch Business Units on how to develop new business models, products and services. You will use your knowledge of digital technologies, business model innovation and business model validation to open up new paths between our clients and their customers or partners. Based on quantitative and qualitative analyses you show our clients how to better understand and focus on their customers and improve their value creation and capturing.
• Think holistically : You will be part of consulting projects from various industries and support our customers in the development, planning and implementation of innovation projects. You will be responsible to bring in a holistic view combining technological and business aspects to support the project success. This requires to keep an overview about current and future trends and market developments and how to leverage them to best solve the customer's problems.
• Reliable implementation: You will work in an agile environment and will use this flexibility and freedom to support the development of innovative solutions and business models. You will work on different projects to solve strategical and tactical issues of our customers in areas such as innovation management and business development. You support the customer in exploring and validating their business model, including e.g. market research, expert interviews and ecosystem analysis.
• Take responsibility: Depending on your experience you take over (partial) project responsibility. You proactively support consulting projects and take over responsibility for dedicated topics. You constantly focus on a stakeholder-oriented execution of business model innovation and validation and support the management of the project.
• Experience cooperation: You are an active and success-oriented team member. You communicate clearly, transparently and on eye level while being able to discuss with empathy always having the customer's success in focus, Your job also includes writing blog posts, white papers, success stories, speeches etc. both with the team and at client events. You will always work hand in hand with your team and contacts at the customer's site. In customer projects, you will be an integral part of the team and (partially) take over responsibility for the business model development.

Qualifications

  Ability to deeply analyze markets and customer problems and identify measures to solve them
  Ability to balance strategic thinking with pragmatic operational execution and delivery, including coordination of relevant resources
  Situational awareness to adapt and solve challenges from a business and technology perspective.
• Experience and Knowledge: Professional experience in the context of business model innovation (e.g. lean startup, business model generation), business model validation, Business Case Calculation and business development.
• Education: Master's Degree with a focus on digital business, business informatics, information technology or economics or related. Alternatively, several years of experience in business consulting.
• Qualification: Certified in business model innovation methodology (e.g. Strategyzer or Stanford).
• Enthusiasm: Enthusiasm for digital business consulting, business model innovation and the validation of new business ideas.
  Passion for (digital) technology as well as emerging digital and market developments and dynamics.
• Languages: Business fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.

This position is available at Immenstaad, Ludwigsburg or Berlin.
