As an IT System Admin, you will responsible for the operation and sustainment of multiple containerized environments supporting the Next Generation GEO Overhead Persistent Infrared (NGG OPIR) Functional Test Assembly (FTA) Lab.
You will also be responsible for supporting the Windows/ESXi/Linux hybrid environment for NGG FTA lab.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU TO:
• Willing to work in a fast-past environment
• Work with different NGG software and hardware engineering teams preparing Windows 2016, Windows 10, platforms,
• Able to build systems pass software and hardware engineer teams’ functional acceptance tests,
• Work with Cyber/ISSO team configure systems to meet DoD/DCSA Cyber STIG compliances.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
• System installations
• Upgrades
• Configurations
• Software installation
• Patching and maintenance.
WE WOULD LOVE IF YOU HAVE:
• Knowledge of various protocols such as DNS, SMTP, NFS, FTP, Telnet, ssh, and etc protocols
• System network tuning and configuration.
YOU WILL TYPICALLY HAVE:
• 5 - 9 years of professional experience for this role.
• Must have an active DoD Interim Secret or higher security clearance, thus US Citizenship is required.

Basic Qualifications:
• Demonstrated experience with configuring and maintaining Windows OS environments (Physical and virtual) and experience with Active Directory administration, including health checks and troubleshooting
• Experience with Group Policy Object configuration and administration
• Experience with Microsoft Deployment Toolkit and/or Windows OS image building processes
• Experience with Windows Updates and patching (WSUS). Offline WSUS experience
• Experience with McAfee and EPO/ENS
Desired Skills:
• Virtual Machine Management Service (EXSi)
• Experience with Engineering applications such as MBSE toolset
• Experience with Windows batch or PowerShell scripting
• Active DoD 8570 IAT level II certification (CCNA Security or Security+ CE)
• Solaris SPARC UNIX Administration and Configuration
• Experience deploying physical and virtual Windows and Linux Systems at customer
• Basic network configuration, particularly on Linux and Windows Hosts and Cisco & Juniper routers/firewalls
• Experience with implementation and sustainment of network time protocol (NTP) distributed servers
