Human Resources Executive

Job Description

Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, this role will support the overall alignment and synergy across Singapore, Vietnam, Indonesia and Philippines markets.

Regional Support

• Support HR Director in cross Singapore, Vietnam, Indonesia, Philippines market for strategic projects
• Assist to oversee and monitor project implementation, adoption and track progress. This includes talent acquisition, development, compensation & benefits, future of work, engagement etc.
• Horizontal collaboration with Singapore, Vietnam, Indonesia, Philippines team leads to work on coordination of HR matters and monitor fine tuning of policies and practices for greater synergy.
• Quarterly/ Yearly talent development and review consolidation.
  

Human Resources Administration

• Ensure all other HR relation administration processes are properly implemented and executed.

Projects

• Works closely with Director of Human Resources on ad-hoc projects assigned.

• University graduate with Human Resources Management discipline or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of relevant work experience. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
• Data driven, appreciates the use of data to communicate findings to management for decision-making.
• Good presentation skills, including preparation of presentation decks.
• Good interpersonal and strong communication skills.
• Highly adaptable and able to perform a variety of fast and change assignments quickly on short notice.
• Independent, proactive and problem-solver.
• Meticulous and pleasant disposition.
• Ability to embrace change.
