Description:This position will be a Control Account Manager (CAM) for all manufacturing labor scope of work for the Marietta build area within F-35 Production Operations. Responsible for Earned Value compliance as well as the Cost, Schedule, and Technical scope of work. Responsible for understanding and reporting performance at a discrete level. Will lead OBS leadership reviews and support Earned Value reviews at all levels of management, up to Executive Vice President and customer.
Will establish and lead the Earned Value tempo for the assigned build areas, inclusive of daily/weekly/monthly shop floor task management. This includes performing detailed cost and schedule variance analysis and ensure root cause is defined and corrective action is implemented in a timely manner. Prepares and distributes cost and schedule performance metrics. Prepares monthly comprehensive Earned Value Management System (EVMS) presentations to include detailed cost and schedule variance analysis, definition of performance impacts, and corrective action efforts. Develop monthly and comprehensive EAC’s, as well as lead and support any ad hoc requests as they arise.
Manage overhead expenditures to ensure performance to indirect budget and head count targets are achieved. Responsible for Basis Of Estimates used for proposal and negotiations. Develops budget baseline, control account/work package planning and maintains baseline change control. Develops and oversee implementation of Affordability initiatives and will drive best practices across the team. Ensures monthly staffing plans support all budget/ETC commitments. Ensure requisitions are created in advance of staffing needs. Responsible for maintaining SWBS Station Forecast Starts/Completes in SAP and IMS. Requires thorough understanding of Critical Path analysis for impacts/delays and mitigation plans. Ensures Electronic Crew Management (ECM) plans support all commitments. Determine and set schedule priorities.
Determine, communicate and resolve production shortages. Liaison with material management to ensure material availability issues are proactively resolved in advance of production scheduled need date. Ensure production WIP inventory accurately represents SAP issued through positions and adjust as required.

2. Experience analyzing cost, schedule, and technical data.
3. Experience summarizing and presenting data to senior leadership in a clear, concise, and compelling format
4. Experience leading, working, and collaborating with cross-functional teams
Desired Skills:• Certification as a Control Account Manager (CAM) with prior CAM responsibilities
• CAM 101 certification
• Hands-on familiarity with LM Aero Earned Value (EV) metrics, reports, processes, and data structures
• Advanced knowledge of Aerospace Earned Value Management (EVMS) processes and procedures (including understanding of ANSII guidelines) with specific application to LM Aeronautics products
• Familiarity with LM Aero scheduling systems used to plan and track performance.
• Familiarity using SAP queries and investigating issues
• Advanced understanding of 5th generation aircraft processes and infrastructure (SAP, PDM, ICA, Catia, SFM/CAPP) for Fabrication and Assembly
• Project Management experience and skills developing and managing a resource loaded schedule.
• Highly proficient in MS Office suite of tools
• Experience with Corrective Action and Problem Solving
• Excellent organization, communication, presentation and time management skills.
• Ability to quickly learn, assimilate, adapt to, and successfully execute constantly changing direction from leadership
