About the role

The Merchandiser will ensure the maximum visual impact of our products in-store in line with brand image and guidelines.

As a Merchandiser, you will have the following responsibilities;

• Develop and implement all visual branding of the brand in-store throughout the Benelux (permanent updates, new launches, POS material, planograms).
• Develop an omni-retail approach
• Participate in the elaboration of the merchandising plans, in accordance with the global marketing strategy. You will be in charge of the execution of this plan and will work in close collaboration with the Product Manager and Trade Executive.
• Ensure the coordination between all parties (both internal and external) to optimize the implementation of the merchandising guidelines.
• Lead and coordinate in-store design projects with all stakeholders: international offices, retailers, shopfitters, sales team.
• Draw up the budget and keep costs within the allocated budget
• Check monthly expenditures and explain variances versus budget

• You hold a degree in a marketing-related field
• Passion for visual merchandising & sense of aesthetics
• Detail-oriented and multitasker (coordinate multiple stakeholders + retro planning)
• Working experience in the cosmetics & beauty products and/or the luxury industry is a big plus
• Excellent level of Dutch and English (spoken and written), French is an asset
• Entrepreneurial spirit, autonomous & team-player
• Hands-on approach & solution driven (you can expect the unexpected)
• Excellent communication & presentation skills
