Digital Transformation Consultant and Project Integrator, Senior

As a digital transformation consultant on our team, you’ll be trusted to develop requirements for IT applications and work in a help desk function and elicit the requirements needed to carry out business processes, including user feedback and inquiries, interviews, intelligence analysis, and survey assessments. Using technical requirements, you’ll work closely with key stakeholders and other technical consultants to implement transformative business systems.

In this role, you’ll directly impact the intelligence community by translating business needs, processes, and procedures into a workable system and articulate on specific software requirements by communicating about these requirements with technology experts and business stakeholders. You will work closely with business architects and other technology staff to deliver project results while implementing risk analysis and meeting required deliverables. You Have:

• Experience with project management, team management, and working with tools, including Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Project
• Experience with gathering and writing business and software requirements
• Experience with stakeholder analysis
• Experience working and collaborating with te chnical people and engineers
• Experience with identifying documentation gaps and creating documentation items
• Ability to quickly learn customer business processes and stakeholder needs
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
• HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with Micro soft Visio, systems engineering, and software engineering
• Ability to work in a team environment and share information and expertise
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
