Coordinator, Ad Sales/Ad Ops

Job Description

Sony Pictures Networks is seeking a talented Ad Sales/Ad Ops Coordinator to be part of the India Networks Ad Sales Marketing team. Reporting to the Director of Ad Sales, this person will provide a full range of administrative and project management support and will assist in the management of revenue-generating custom marketing solutions for existing and prospective clients.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Process insertion orders from clients/agencies and create release orders for the Broadcast team.
• Liaison between the Broadcast team in India and the Sales team in the US.
• Utilizing the traffic system to enter account data and fulfill agency requests.
• Working with Sales team to ensure correct delivery or creative materials as well as resolve conflicts and ensure correct airing of commercial content.
• Interface with clients and ad agencies to resolve any copy related issues and act as a point of contact to Master Control facility for on-air discrepancies.
• Acts as liaison between Sales Managers and clients/agencies.
• Process improvement - make recommendations to streamline traffic functions, policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as needed and as directed by supervisor.

WHAT YOU HAVE:

• 1-2 years related experience
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook & Powerpoint

Skill in:

• Must possess professional maturity, integrity, strong work ethic and organizational skills
• Must have strong interpersonal skills, communication skills (oral and written), and be able to communicate optimally across all levels of management
• Outstanding computer skills

Ability to:

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize with attention to detail and excellent follow-through
• Independently problem solve
• Be a self-starter with a team player attitude
• Ability to work in fast paced environments with shifting priorities
• Work within and meet tight deadlines
