Job Description

Insightly is seeking a Paid Media Manager to lead the growth and execution of our paid media strategy and to join a growing team of world-class marketing professionals.

You will report directly to the CMO.

Desired Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ years of paid search, paid social, and overall paid media experience, preferably in B2B or SaaS
  • Expert understanding of Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Facebook, HQLs + PPL programs, and affiliate marketing
  • Experience managing multi-channel paid media strategy, budget allocation, forecasting, and execution
  • Has experience scaling organizations through paid media, generating measurable results, and building repeatable processes
  • Strong analytical background particularly in media campaign measurement and methodologies
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, adhere to deadlines, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
  • Experience in an agency or managing agencies is a plus
  • Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) is a huge plus
  • Ability to work remotely within the U.S. or Canada

Responsibilities:

  • Manages and oversees all search and performance-based paid media and paid lead activities, including our existing performance agency
  • Drive profitable expansion of our existing paid media initiatives, budget allocation, and forecasting
  • Measure and report on paid media performance metrics and make proactive, data-driven decisions to drive profitable growth
  • Evaluate, test, and expand new paid media channels/paid lead programs that allow us to grow our audience, reach and drive incremental revenue
  • Collaborate directly with Marketing and Sales Ops to evolve our measurement and tech stack to meet our full-funnel needs
  • Work cross-functionally with a team of creatives, product marketers, SEO specialists, and content strategists to help you execute campaigns
  • Contribute to the long-term vision and capabilities of the Demand Generation team

​​The salary range for this role in Colorado is $100,000 to $130,000 and final offers are determined using multiple factors including experience and level of expertise. For all other locations, the salary range may vary by geographic market and will be determined through the selection and assessment process for this role relative to your experience and our job qualifications. Insightly complies with applicable law regarding pay transparency.
