We are seeking a Product Operations Specialist to ensure our medical compliance products we deliver are understood, implemented, and used with success by our clients. A successful candidate draws upon many talents to get the job done – excellent communication skills, time and project management abilities, customer-focus service approach, and analytical competence are a must. The main functions of this role include general client support, including troubleshooting and resolving client issues, report generation and data analysis. About the Day to Day Responsibilities of the Role

· Respond to incoming customer inquiries, via phone and email, regarding system functionality and day to day business needs in a support capacity.

· Provide guidance to clients regarding usage of our solutions.

· Coordinate activities with internal team and CMS for problem resolution or inquiry response.

· Generate production documentation and reports (e.g. statistical, daily, monthly, special requests, etc.) to provide current and accurate information for use by management, employees and clients.

· Assist with creation and customization of client training materials and documentation as needed.

· Train new and existing clients remotely via web-conferencing.

Qualifications

About You and How You Can Excel in This Role

· Associates or bachelor’s degree required

· At least 2 years of experience in a corporate setting

· Ability to interact and engage with a wide variety of clients

· Ability prioritize tasks based on urgency and client

· Proficient in Outlook & Excel
