Greenhouse is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join our team!
The Growth Marketing Manager will work closely with our US based Marketing Team and the Senior Manager of Digital Marketing to help us optimize existing EMEA digital campaigns and identify opportunities to capitalize on market intent. This role will be critical in driving closer collaboration with our EMEA sales organization and directly contribute to the success of their team.

What you’ll do:
- Audit existing EMEA campaigns across all live digital channels and identify opportunities for optimization
- Collaborating on ownership of localization vendors and EMEA campaign agencies
- Use intent data sources to create segments of in-market prospects for bottom-funnel campaign targeting
- Plan and execute new campaigns from top to bottom, including building campaign briefs, identifying audiences, requesting creative assets, and building reports to measure impact
- Gather insights from the EMEA sales team to optimize campaign targeting and messaging strategies
- Collaborate with EMEA sales leadership to establish ideal regional personas and refine our targeting across all digital campaigns
- Work with the Marketing Operations team to set and maintain a consistent convention for tracking your campaign influence on leads in the funnel (e.g. UTM parameter conventions)
- Establish a regular reporting structure on channel performance and a way to highlight trends, including campaign metrics (clicks/impressions/CTR/CPL) and down-funnel KPIs (demo requests/opportunities/ARR)
- Improve our inbound opportunity attainment to help meet our monthly goals by region and decrease our overall cost per opportunity
You should have:
- Experience managing paid digital advertising channels, preferably within a B2B context
- Experience managing multiple paid marketing channels or working with an agency that does so
- Experience managing digital marketing channels aimed at B2B demand/lead generation
- Proven ability to collaborate with and secure support from cross functional stakeholders
- A data-driven, analytical approach to decision making
- Strong verbal and written communication skills- a second European language or exposure to working with multilingual markets would be beneficial
