Job Description

BASIC FUNCTION

Based on a good level of knowledge of ADP Canada products and procedures, this position participates as a key contributor in the implementation and optimization of new or revised processes, programs, operating systems and procedures across all HRO. Scope of Work includes processes that are of medium to high level of complexity involving multiple departments and operating systems and require a solid knowledge of a variety of ADP Canada products.

For select process enhancement projects, this position may function in a lead capacity overseeing the work of Subject Matter Experts, and Business Leads. Effective communication skills are required since this position serves as a liaison between many different teams in order to analyze HRO business requirements, participate in the development of project plans and implement programs and products.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Participates as a key contributor in the analysis of HRO business process needs as well as in the development and implementation of process enhancements, programs, technology and procedures.
  • Identify the key stakeholders and liaise with them to get the exact requirements or expectations from the process enhancement projects.
  • Coordinating and overseeing the work of HRO Subject Matter Experts regarding business process improvements.
  • Monitors and reports the status of assigned process enhancement projects including identifying any issues which might delay results or deliverables.
  • Identify and define business process opportunities to enhance both client and associate experience.
  • Analyzes the impact of new or revised processes, programs, system migrations and procedures and identifies potential problems. Participates as a key contributor in resolving issues with other departments.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% required.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • 5-8 years of Business Analyst experience
  • Good understanding of ADP Canada products and procedures
  • Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive
  • Ability to work independently and with others
  • Extremely organized with strong time-management skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education and experience
