Join us as a R&D Ethics & Compliance Operations Manager in our Cambridge, MA office or you can join us remotely. Here, everyone matters and you will be an important contributor to our inspiring, bold mission. As part of the R&D team, you will report to the Head of R&D Operations. You will be empowered to collaborate with R&D and VBU E&C Advisory (Business Partner) Teams to develop R&D and VBU E&C support framework.

How you will contribute:

• Collaborate with R&D and VBU E&C Advisory (Business Partner) Teams to shape R&D and VBU E&C support framework
• Ensure global strategic and methodology for R&D and VBU monitoring efforts and risk assessments
• Collaborate with other US BU/BF and EUCAN/GEM E&C teams for consistent approach for US Sunshine and other transparency disclosure requirements such as EFPIA, respectively and manage transparency reporting accordingly
• Partner with R&D and VBU E&C Advisory Teams to assess learning needs and develop targeted learning for R&D or VBU to support LOC
• Provide input to Global systems as relevant
• Lead and assist specific R&D or VBU related projects as relevant

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

• At least 6 years of healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience with at least 4 years of operational aspects of Ethics & Compliance experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience with financial and procurement systems
• Knowledge of and experience with laws, regulations and industry guidance that affect the pharmaceutical industry including OIG and PhRMA guidelines and healthcare standard operating procedures
• Experience collaborating with other departments

This position is currently classified as "remote" in accordance with Takeda's Hybrid and Remote Work policy.

Base Salary Range: $102,200- $146,000k/year, based on candidate professional experience level. Employees may also be eligible for Short-term and Long-Term Incentive benefits as well. Employees are eligible to participate in Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401(k), Charitable Contribution Match, Holidays, Personal Days & Vacation, Tuition Reimbursement Program and Paid Volunteer Time Off.
