Job Description

• As a software architect, you specify and design the software architecture(s) for high-performance embedded systems of centralized control devices that are brought together in a common housing/rack.
• You will define and develop software and system requirements and concepts using specific SoCs or communication structures.
• You coordinate this with the stakeholders in the project and with customers.
• In a team with other architects and development partners, you create the necessary concepts and the required documentation.
• You are the contact person for the requirements, concepts and designs in the project team with a focus on basis software and hardware-related software.

Qualifications

• Education : completed university degree (Bachelor/Master/Diploma) in computer science, technical computer science, electrical engineering, physics or a similar subject
• Personality and working practice : good communication skills in coordination between different domains, with development partners and customer discussions
• Experience and Knowledge : knowledge and practical experience in the development of software architectures in the field of automotive embedded software, confident handling of software design patterns, knowledge of Autosar and Safe POSIX systems, as well as hypervisor and low-level software for high-performance computing devices, experience in development under ROS/Linux in an agile environment and with the ASPICE process model is an advantage
• Languages : very good English and German skills both written and spoken
