JOB SUMMARY
- The Rooms Revenue Manager is responsible for measuring transient demand and assisting Director of Revenue with group business evaluations to maximize revenue opportunities for various segments for the Resort.
- Responsibilities include analysis and maximization of revenue opportunities and yielding opportunities for the Resort based on data analysis in the transient, Leisure and Group segment.
- This position evaluates transient and group inventory allocation for short-term inventory (30-60 days) and manages restrictions, rates, and group pricing with guidance from Director of Revenue.
- The Revenue Manager is responsible for preparing 2-week forecasts and projections for the short-term 30-day window.
- This position works closely with the Director of Revenue and the Director of Sales in Business review evaluations for Group and Social Catering.
- This position will also be responsible for generating sales analysis as required.
- Requires strong analytical skills and great communication skills.
- Performs job responsibilities satisfactorily and according to department standards. Adheres to all Company, Safety and Department policies and procedures.
- Fosters teamwork and provides excellent guest service, anticipates guest needs to exceed guest expectations.

REQUIRED CERTIFICATE/LICENSE:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Hospitality Management degree beneficial.
