Job Description

In this role, you will serve as ADP's front-line for solving clients' challenges, including issue resolution, answering questions, helping clients, and more. You carry the weight of ADP’s service reputation and client satisfaction in your hands. You will handle day to day interaction with various teams to support technical business requirements. Work to support the business needs being self motivated, able to work independently and able to take initiative without always being directed.

What you’ll do:

  • Drive internal projects to completion
  • Collaborating with Data Operations Developers to resolve and create enhancements to current tools
  • Partnering with Operations and Client Services to deliver accurate billing
  • Perform all billing and quality review transactions timely and accurately to ensure an exceptional client experience
  • Perform monthly SOX Audits in accordance with Standard Operation Procedures, and maintain the documentation required for established key controls
  • Accurately research and resolve suspended billing transactions, terminated billing transactions and active clients not billing to ensure the accurate recording of ADP's revenue
  • Analyze month over month billing variances, escalate findings to technical support to ensure process gaps are identified, closed and ADP revenue is protected
  • Handling internal client inquiries via case management systems accurately to include case resolution with supporting documentation within established Service Level Agreements
  • Availability to work flexible hours as needed, and adhere to blackout time off requirements

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT IN A TYPICAL DAY:

  • Client Support. You will help our clients manage their business using our solutions, which could include troubleshooting and probing to resolve billing issues. Support might also involve partnering with multiple business units and teams for troubleshooting and delivering a seamless client experience.
  • Learn. You will continually upgrade your knowledge and skills on payroll, including federal and state compliance, standard operating procedures, administrative practices, other products, and desktop support tools to develop and maintain your ability to support our clients.
  • Organize. You adhere to a daily schedule and organize yourself to deal with a high volume of requests. Daily phone time may increase during peak seasons, like at the close of the year.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Requirements

  • At least 4-5 years of analytical experience in a customer service environment or as a practitioner with systems experience
  • Experience with Payroll/Payroll Processing
  • Superior time and project management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and prioritize the most critical tasks and projects keeping current on new and proposed regulations.
  • Ability to present technical details to non-technical audiences providing expertise and guidance as needed.

Bonus points for these: Preferred Qualifications:

      • A bachelor's degree
      • 1-2 years of experience in Billing, Finance and/or Accounting
  • File Formatting-XML, Fixed Width, Delimited
  • Database Experience-Microsoft Access, Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server
  • Reporting Tools- SQL Server Reporting Services, Crystal Reporting, Tableau, Power BI
  • Analytics Cube- SQL Server Analysis Services, COGNOS
  • Direct Customer Interaction
  • Extract Transfer Load Experience-Microsoft SQL Server Integrations Services, Alteryx
  • Customer Relationship Management Systems-Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Siebel
  • Job Scheduling- Microsoft SQL Server Agent, Atomic (UC4)

The targeted base salary range for this role is listed in the compensation section below. Actual salary may be above or below this range based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience.

In addition, this position may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity, or commissions. If you are a salaried or hourly worker who works an average of 32 hours or more hours per week, we offer the following benefits:

Compensations range for U.S. Nevada residents: $50,300-$71,725 / year
