In this role, you will serve as ADP's front-line for solving clients' challenges, including issue resolution, answering questions, helping clients, and more. You carry the weight of ADP’s service reputation and client satisfaction in your hands. You will handle day to day interaction with various teams to support technical business requirements. Work to support the business needs being self motivated, able to work independently and able to take initiative without always being directed.
The nature of what you do every day will not change – your #1 goal is to help clients and our business partners. Still, every day will be different because the questions you receive will vary, as will the solutions you provide. There will be no shortage of new questions you'll receive, which will keep things interesting, and our top-ranked training will help to set you up for success!

The targeted base salary range for this role is listed in the compensation section below. Actual salary may be above or below this range based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience.
In addition, this position may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity, or commissions. If you are a salaried or hourly worker who works an average of 32 hours or more hours per week, we offer the following benefits:
