About the Role

FareHarbor is looking for bright, positive, hard-working individuals to join the Connectivity Team in the Amsterdam office. The Connectivity Team is responsible for helping our clients manage their API integrations with select Online Travel Agencies.

The ideal candidate for the Connectivity Specialist position is an extremely detail-oriented and self-motivated problem solver, who is at ease learning a technical software and handling professional correspondence.

What you’ll do here:

  • Initiate, maintain, and troubleshoot technical integrations between clients and partners
  • Act as a liaison between parties to research, solve and communicate diverse problems
  • Become an expert on FareHarbor’s integrations and new features
  • Prioritize and complete inbound tasks in a timely manner
  • Have an understanding of back-end management
  • Collaborate with all members of the Connectivity Team, Partnerships Team, and Channel Support Team

This includes a two-week FareHarbor dashboard training with hiring class followed by a two-week training period specific to the API Support Specialist role.

Requirements:

  • 4 year degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Excellent problem solving with a strong attention to detail
  • Have a natural sense of urgency and a “whatever it takes” attitude
  • Comfortably multi-task projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Think independently and collaborate with a team with a high level of maturity
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Be a Mental Athlete: Possess an analytical mind
  • Commitment to growth and learning
  • Fluent in English
