We serve customers 7 days a week. This position is for our weekend schedule which is a work week of Wednesday through Sunday. Monday and Tuesday are the days off for the week.

Job Description:

You’ll be part of the team at the intersection of the Insurance Operations team within Credible, Inc where we’re tackling the $120 billion home insurance market! Work alongside the software engineering team and the sales team as we build out the best home insurance marketplace for the digital future.

Within the insurance operations and executions team you’ll contribute to tackling our busy and growing pipeline. You’ll be processing applications and present the industry’s most competitive quotes to our customers while contributing to build out our proprietary platform. Additionally in this role, you’ll help find inefficiencies and identify solutions to help streamline our processes. Ideally, you’re self-motivated and able to multitask and problem solve on your feet.

Responsibilities:

• Can exercise sound judgment regarding application processing
• Ability to work cross-functionally across the organization with Software Engineering and Sales teams
• Work with the Operations Manager ensure performance metrics, quality production, and business objectives are met individually
• Collaborate with team members on process improvement when needed
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Developed the ability to work independently with extreme attention to detail
• Comfortable in a fast paced environment and able to multitask
• Knowledge of accessing and using CRM’s, Confluence, JIRA, or other relevant software
• Aptitude for technical product knowledge
• Basic data analysis and understanding trends to gain insights
• College degree preferred, but not required

Nice to haves:

• Familiarity with python a plus, but not required
• Insurance experience a plus, but not required
