Then come and join our global team as Application Specialist / MTRA Remote Support (f/m/d) to support our customer base with application related problem cases and the use of syngo.plaza and teamplay.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • You work efficiently in both local and virtual support teams. You provide remote support for clinical applications and workflows to end customers and Siemens Healthineers employees, primarily for syngo.plaza and teamplay
  • You are the main contact for clinical administrators and medical professionals
  • You will also assist in optimizing reporting and clinical workflows
  • You will conduct remote customer trainings and help with application related questions
  • You will communicate and share information about application issues to next level support departments and implement solutions to the costumer base
  • You incorporate customer feedback into the product lifecycle management process

Your qualifications and experience:

  • You have successfully completed a bachelor's degree in medical imaging or a similar field of study
  • You have initial practical experience and expertise regarding diverse modalities
  • You do not have a degree? We also welcome applications with professional training (application specialist, MTRA / radiology technician/X-ray assistant) in combination with additional qualifications and several years of experience in the fields of CT, MRI, nuclear medicine, or mammography
  • Knowledge of clinical workflows and related IT infrastructure completes your profile

Your attributes and skills:

  • Your business fluent German and English skills enable you to serve our German and English-speaking customers; additional language skills as well as intercultural or international experience are an advantage
  • You work on several topics at the same time. Therefore, it is easy for you to prioritize your topics and to keep the overview without losing the customer focus.
  • Thanks to your analytical skills, you easily understand customer requests and deliver appropriate solutions
  • You like to maintain direct end customer contact and do not let yourself get out of patience
