About the role:
FareHarbor is seeking a passionate and experienced individual to build our product marketing strategy from the ground up.
As the company’s first Product Marketing Manager, you’ll establish the go-to-market strategy for FareHarbor’s entire portfolio of products, working closely with global stakeholders to develop positioning and messaging for the holistic product and ongoing product releases. You’ll be a key player in the product development life cycle, applying an in-depth knowledge of the user journey to ensure we tell the right story from beginning to end. Your day-to-day will be equal parts leading/strategizing and getting hands-on with our product and content.
This role is based in Amsterdam and reports directly to the Product Communications Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Product teams to develop and promote the value proposition, positioning, and collateral for each product release
- Plan, schedule, and execute all external product-related communications
- Partner with Product Enablement and Documentation teams to align and develop internal communications and resources
- Partner with global Marketing team to manage content calendars and contact lists
- Assist with developing all product-related emails, release notes, app store content, website copy, social media and blog posts
- Measure the success of product marketing campaigns by analyzing engagement data
Requirements:
- 4+ years experience in product marketing at a tech/SaaS company
- A strong portfolio demonstrating experience in B2B product marketing and driving product launches, including value proposition development, product and portfolio positioning
- Motivated self-starter who thrives in fast-paced marketing environments
- Demonstrated ability to take complex topics and shape them into succinct, compelling, actionable content
- Demonstrated proficiency in creating written and visual content across a variety of mediums
- Able to work independently and take ownership of projects
- Excellent attention to details and the ability to remain organised
