JOB SUMMARY
The Reporting and Metrics associate will work closely with the business analytics manager in responding to inquiries from stakeholders, validating data, helping maintain accurate records, assist in all aspects of the administration of the global CEC incentive programs, and perform other reasonable job duties as requested by the manager.
The basic function of this job is to read and respond to emails, research concerns, validate data, and help our incentive program and analytics team run smoothly. This position requires the ability to follow standard operating procedures and the ability to know what to do when one does not exist for a given inquiry or task. This position requires an individual to use critical thinking and problem-solving skills, provide thoughtful insight and recommendations, and the ability to address all needs in a positive manner.
Core Work activities
- Respond to business analytics and incentive emails in accordance with established standard operating procedures and within targeted average response times, using reference guides and standard responses as appropriate
- Provide support in the administration of the incentive program as designated by manager
- Complete regular data validations and raise concerns to manager as they arise
- Process associate definition and new hire queue updates in Capture
- Coordinate with reporting and/or data services team to resolve guest inquiries and data integrity concerns
- Manage the associate definition tool, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
- Able to navigate through a Window’s environment, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PPT and SQL.
- Enter and retrieve information contained in computer databases and records, files, reservation, and answer inquiries from internal customers
