Facilities Manager

Job Description

• Oversee medium and long-term goals for building and grounds.
• Manage projects.
• Collaborate with Operations Excellence Manager on Capital Projects, and manage a three to five year capital planning provess.
• Responsible for obtaining bids, proposals, and scheduling of outside contracts vendors.
• Responsible for purchases and expenditures.
• Organize and execute the preventative maintenance process.
• Ensure accurate inventory of spare parts.
• Schedule work orders based on available capacity.
• Responsible to oversee lot and grounds care.
• Responsible to oversee housekeeping of the facility.
• Ensure employees adhere to established safe work practices.
• Organize and maintain a safe work environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education: Two years college or technical school

Class C Boilers license preferred.

Experience: Three to five years in Facility supervision.

Five to seven years Facility experience.

Experience with conveyors, HVAC, air compressors and racking preferred.

Experience with and knowledge of Quickbase and Power BI preferrred.

Experience with a facilities scheduling and tracking system such as MP2 preferred.
