We’re looking for someone like you to help propel business analytics and processes forward, as well as delve into technology trends to deliver user-friendly client experiences.

As an IT Business Analyst, you’ll work to develop leading-edge applications and platforms. Working with your team of developers and data engineers and alongside training and communication specialists, you’ll identify clients’ business needs, gather user requirements, and develop user stories. You’ll understand the overall direction and nuanced user needs clearly, and you’ll guide your team as they fulfill these needs by creating deployable features. Together, you’ll deliver high business value products to clients and stakeholders. This position is a hybrid role with a combination of working at a Booz Allen office or client site and working remotely.

You Have:

• 3+ years of experience as an IT business analyst
• Experience gathering requirements, creating user stories, and working with IT development teams
• Experience working in an Agile development environment
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with federal or commercial healthcare or IT environments
• Experience with requirements management software, including Azure DevOps
• Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
• Agile Certification
