Job Description

For our Quality Assurance team, we are looking for a new QA Intern who will join us from August 1st, 2022, until 31st August 2023.

This is a part time internship of about 80 hours per months / 20 hours per week, and we can place your working hours in accordance with your studies. It is possible for you to work remote, but you will need to come to the office in Stockholm 1-2 days per week.

You will be replacing our current intern, and this is what he would like you to know about this job.

“This is a perfect internship for you who are looking for a career in the pharmaceutical industry. This really gives you a head start on the job market, and a great understanding of how a global pharma company works. You will be joining the QA team in LOC Sweden, where you will be coordinating and supporting the various LOC activities. We have an open and science driven environment, where we all work hard to improve patients’ lives across the globe.

Your closest collaborators will be in the LOC, but we have a close collaboration with all the Nordic countries.

YOUR PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:

  • Managing and maintaining local register for SOP’s
  • Coordinating communication between different internal stakeholders
  • Maintaining the paper archiving
  • Assisting in various QA matters
  • Any other tasks assigned by the Line Manager in relation with the role’s objective

EDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:

Critical Skills and Competencies

  • Adept in leading investigation and problem-solving
  • Strong communication skills
