This position is located at Luke AFB, AZ, and will support the F-35 program. The selected candidate will provide security support services to the Luke AFB advanced programs office as the Security Education Training and Awareness (SETA) security professional. In this role the SETA security professional will be tasked with providing indoctrination briefings, and annual security refresher training as directed in DoDM 5205.07, Volumes 1-4. Support the development, dissemination, and presentation of security education material to all contractors and military personnel, as applicable. Materials may include training plans, briefings, slides, newsletter, web-based products, refresher training, and specialized training for all classifications. The candidate will create, update, track, and maintain all required training paperwork IAW the local security policies and DoDM 5205.07, Volumes 1-4. In this role, the selected candidate will serve as alternate physical security specialist ensuring SAPFs are in compliance with DoDM 5205.07, Volumes 1-4 and ICD 705, and local security policy. Additionally, the selected candidate will provide support within the document and control realm ensuring packages are wrapped correctly IAW local security policy, DoDM 5205.07, Volumes 1-4, prepare shipping receipts, track received receipts, conduct tracer action when necessary. Due to the dynamic environment and operational pace, additional duties may be assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
Final Transferable secret clearance.
Current security clearance investigation within 6 years from the investigation close date.
Must be able to obtain and maintain Special Access Programs (SAP) Access.
In depth knowledge of DoDM 5205.07 v1-4
Desired Skills:
Experience working in a military environment.
Experience as a contractor program security officer or equivalent.
Demonstrate leadership qualities
Understand the F-35 security requirements.
Experience working in a special access program environment
Ability to multitask
Experience in providing briefings and/or training
Familiar with working in classified environments and/or classified materials.
Outstanding written and verbal communicative skills
