The Affiliate Services Analyst will be a member of the Global Entity Management Organization reporting to the Head of Affiliate Services. This position will play a key role in supporting the ongoing development and effective management of the Affiliate Services Outsourcing Management Framework which enables PayPal to effectively meet its Outsourcing obligations across PayPal’s entities in close partnership with the Other Risk & Compliance programs such as the Third Party Risk Management team.

Responsibilities: - Support the maturing and implementation of the Outsourcing Framework and champion it’s adoption through effective communication with all levels within the organization
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across all Functional Areas to monitor group and third-party outsourced service provider relationships, driving resolution and timely closure of non-performance issues against agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Present timely status updates to senior management
- Maintain the Outsourcing Lifecycle via online solutions including administration task within the solution (ServiceNow)
- Provide Analytical reviews on SLA performance in line with operational expectations
- Analyze and rationalize complex data sets to provide key insights to senior leaders and PayPal Boards on the health of the Affiliate Services Program
- Operationalize Affiliate Services processes for newly licensed / regulated entities globally with respect to Outsourcing obligations
- Support the Accountability Model Reporting process for Global Entity Management
- Support the preparation of the quarterly Affiliate Services updates to the PayPal Boards
- Keep abreast of all regulatory changes impacting the Affiliate Services framework/obligations (new and evolving regulations) and internal policy changes
- Support regulatory and internal audit inspections
- Ensure all Affiliate Services documentation meets regulatory and policy requirements and drive digitization efforts
- Support key stakeholder in PayPal entities receiving services and assist with the collation and reporting of any data, queries or remediation efforts relating to the services provided
- Drive continuous improvement in the monitoring processes required to meet business or regulatory needs
- Maintain outsourcing chain documentation and central repository of agreements
- Support the Affiliate Services Quality Assurance program
- Undertake ad-hoc projects as assigned, such as framework and operational improvements, strengthening of internal controls, streamlining reports and processes
