As an Architect for the Customer Success Platform Architecture Org, you will be a part of a complaints architecture group that is building the next gen complaints infrastructure and ecosystem that is integral to the success of the company and powers the large-scale data intensive AI/ML applications.
Complaints architecture team is responsible for providing the infrastructure for end-to-end automation of complaints identification, prediction, identification, classification, and remediation.
As an architect, you would be responsible for working with team of engineers in ideating and envisioning, design, development, test, and deployment of a range of applications in complaints platform. You will be responsible for building and scaling the next generation complaints platform and making it cloud ready.

• Define and manage architecture and its roadmap. Bring in industry trends and technologies to the product.
• Partner with stakeholders across the enterprise, influence and provide guidance in executing tech platform consolidation, convergence, and reengineering.
• Responsible for development/architecture focusing on concept, design, coding, testing, quality assurance of product features.
• Defines technical deliverables and provides advice and recommendations on solutions that may affect current/future design decisions.

Skillset and requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering/Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Track record leading, architecting, developing, and delivering significant, complex software projects within complex organizations
• Strong technical background as hands-on software engineer
• Expertise in designing and delivering large scale distributed systems
• Experience designing and building cloud native applications on public clouds (ideally GCP and AWS)
• Experience with high-performance data storage tiers, relational and No-SQL
• Demonstrable in-depth experience with Java, node.js
• Experience in software release lifecycle with modern distributed version control (e.g. git)
• Experience working in an Agile environment, including Extreme Programming practices like Iterative Development, Continuous Integration (and Deployment) and Test-Driven Development
• Great analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong influencer and strong communicator, both written and spoken
