Zocdoc is looking for a Web Integration Associate to deploy and maintain the Book Online Button that powers non-Zocdoc patients to sign up and book appointments with providers on Zocdoc. This person will work with healthcare providers to set up and customize our proprietary BOB button and meet the needs of each individual practice on Zocdoc.

Before we dive into the job description, let's understand what a BOB is.

A BOB (Book Online Button) is a Zocdoc owned button installed on our client-owned properties (websites, socials, etc) in order to drive patient bookings to zocdoc.com

Your day-to-day will be...

Book Online Button Installations

Install the custom Zocdoc Book Online Button (BOB) (Javascript & HTML versions) to ensure Zocdoc maximizes provider appointment inventory and enables patients to enjoy successful booking experiences via provider-owned properties such as website, social media pages (Facebook, LinkedIn), and Google sites and listing pages.

Live Customer Support

You will be responsible for doing this while successfully reaching out to our clients via our BOB Workflow through a setup queue and gaining access to their web properties through secure means setup within our Zocdoc infrastructure

(These issues will be escalated to you in case our associates are unable to log in due to credentialing, two-factor authentication & CMS expertise issues)

SME on CMS and CMS Documentation

Update and make corrections to documentation pages when appropriate. You will also act as a subject matter expert on all CMS we install our BOB properties on and upskill when required.

You’ll be successful in this role if you have...

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Applications, or any related fields (with at least 60% score)
• Solution-oriented and a fantastic problem solver with a deep troubleshooting mindset
• Quick at learning technologies
• 0 to 3 years of work experience (Talented Freshers can also apply)
• Experience working with highly used Content Management Systems (WordPress, Wix, GoDaddy Content Management Systems, etc) - (Mandatory)
• Basic / Working knowledge of Javascript and HTML code and syntax – (Mandatory)
• Someone savvy with the English language and willing to be on the phone for a few hours a week.

Work Timings...

Since you’ll be required to work US timings, in order to work with providers on live calls and support, your work timings would be 6 PM to 3 AM IST.
