THE CHALLENGE Eventbrite’s goal of building the marketplace for live experiences relies on our foundation of world-class talent and unbeatable company culture. Hiring top talent in some of the most competitive markets globally is no easy task, but we have a creative and dedicated team who has helped Eventbrite scale to over 800 Britelings in 10 countries over the past 10 years. We’re looking for a Senior Talent Operations Specialist for our Talent Acquisition (TA) organization who can connect Eventbrite’s vision, mission and story in support of Eventbrite’s TA Team as they prepare for growth and acceleration. You will play a vital role in ensuring that the TA Team partners effectively with hiring leaders and cross functional teams so that attracting, recruiting, and hiring top diverse talent becomes easier and more efficient for all involved in any part of our hiring process. THE ROLE As a Senior Talent Operations Specialist, you will play many roles across the candidate to employee life cycle. You will support interview coordination efforts for our Executive Search Team, including scheduling and coordinating phone screens and interview loops; preparation of offer letters; and initiating background checks. You will ensure that our candidate experience is delightful and smooth for our future leaders. You will take an active role in recruitment marketing to bring our employer brand to life with our cross-functional partners. You will amplify our talent attraction efforts by posting all open Eventbrite jobs to diversity and other job boards and social channels to increase our talent pipeline for all open roles. You will participate in recruiting events and assist with other recruiting initiatives including those that line up with the TA OKRs of scale, diversity and globalization, healthy recruiting culture, and operational excellence. You will assist with administrative duties (POs, MSAs/SOWs, swag, calendaring/rhythm of the business cadence, communications, expense reports, training decks, onboarding, etc.) to ensure the TA Team can operate efficiently within their role scopes. We’re looking for someone who is committed to consistently raising the bar for our TA team. You will be a trusted resource for the VP of Global TA and broader team, maintaining a high level of confidentiality at all times both internally and externally. We will thrive because you bring fresh perspectives to build and maintain a best in class hiring culture and high touch candidate experience.
