The PayPal Global Fraud & Risk Organization is looking for a strong full stack Engineer to join its Risk Security Experiences team. This cross functional team is responsible for designing and building several proactive account security enforcements such as multi-factor authentication, credential resecuring and account security . We are a strategic part of the PayPal business plan to enable revenue enablement and reduce end-user friction by offering alternate second factor authentication mechanisms such as FIDO 2.0, Mobile push notifications, Whatsapp as a challenge to name a few. As a member of this team, you will assist us in building the world class Web 2.0 experience and solutions that would be used by millions of customers. • Someone passionate about developing amazing user experiences.
• Experience building full stack systems using Node.js, react, GraphQL APIs.
• Solid knowledge of popular JS frameworks and libraries (React, Redux, Angular, Ember, Underscore, etc.), Node.js , Java are preferred.
• Experience writing unit/functional tests using Mocha, Nemo.js, JUnit, Selenium, etc.
• Expertise in designing, developing and debugging large scale distributed systems.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proven problem-solving and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong desire to learn, push the envelope, and share knowledge with others.
• Write unit tests and functional tests (automation).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
