You will drive the transcreation of our global SMB Marketing programs and ensure that they meet NEU/ICE customer and market requirements and drive max. outcome for NEU/ICE
You will work alongside SMB commercial marketing team as well as the global SMB Lifecycle Marketing to ensure local market insights and ownable whitespace opportunities are made transparent for global teams as well as lifecycle performance reporting is made transparent for the EU/AU SMB Marketers. Reporting to the SMB EU/AU GTM lead you will work within a team of GTM marketers like you and take on additional leadership for the GTM of some pan regional projects that hit our geographies.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Assurance of best-in-class geo localization of AOC to max. conversion and local impact
  • Localization of some channel partner content for prioritized markets as needed
  • Identification of geo respective experiment and program optimization opportunitities
  • Co-Owner of Contact Strategy per Geo with Squads
  • Co-Owner of SMB Funnel Metrics & Performance with Squads
  • Owner of forecast setting of marketing programs set for Scale Team with Finance
  • Manage new GTM localization
  • Lead specific country launch initiatives
  • POC to Squads, Scale teams and Mrkt Ops
  • Close, tight collab with EU/AU GTM and Commercial Marketers to ensure ONE market view and team collab

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Marketing or equivalent degree
  • Background with experience in marketing
  • Fluency in English is required
