Job Description

Description:Lockheed Martin is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineering Sr Manager for a position in Orlando, FL to manage the Quality Management Systems and Compliance (QMSC) Team that plans, schedules and coordinates internal and external audit schedules and plans.
Ensures that assessments and audits on processes and procedures are performed to certify compliance to specifications, procedures and industry standards (i.e., ISO9001 / AS9100 / ISO14001 / OHSAS18001).
Monitors Root Cause and Corrective Actions for non-conformances written during these assessments and audits.
Oversight is provided for independent data analysis and metric reviews.
Acts as the main Enterprise POC for the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA).
Basic Qualifications:
Technical degree at the Bachelor level or above.
Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.
Ability to analyze and resolve process issues varying in complexity.
Demonstrated working knowledge of processes and procedures to ensure compliance to specifications, procedures and industry standards (i.e., ISO9001 / AS9100 / ISO14001 / OHSAS18001).
Demonstrated problem solving skills.
Excellent communications skills (written, verbal, listening, presentation, and technical writing).
The skill and ability to work with personnel across all functions / areas, interfacing with programs, line of businesses, functional organizations and customers.
Ability to establish good working relationships with internal and external Customers.
Ability to work independently with minimal to no direct supervision.
Ability to manage ever-changing, and sometimes conflicting, priorities.
Proficient skill level with Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
This position requires moderate travel.
Desired Skills:
Working knowledge of Quality Engineering responsibilities.
Lean / Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
Advanced AS9100 Interpretation and application experience.
Experience working effectively in a matrix management environment.
Previous DCMA Interface experience.
