The Global Operations ISF TL in GF BPO is responsible to accurately, efficiently, and timely file the ISF details in the operational system and according to relevant procedures, checklists, and service level agreements.

Principal Accountabilities

• Build communication channels between the CHR US Ocean Import teams and CHR BPO teams
• Manage execution of assigned File creation & ISF team activities, including SOW, SLA, & SOP documentation, quality assurance and testing.
• Ensure the team personnel are prioritizing and tracking defects and issues correctly and recommend corrective action where required.
• Collaborate with a variety of internal and external users/teams to acquire and exchange information on issues, processes, and best practices.
• Assess risks early in the process pipeline and deliver reports and recommendations on how to fix the situation to the process.
• File documents in digital records and ensure appropriate storage
• Review and maintain the accuracy of the records, editing where necessary to ensure they are up to date
• To liaise with and distribute ISF related information with all levels of the project team and potentially external parties
• Manage the processes around documentation within the organization
• Maintain confidentiality around sensitive documentation
• Prepare ad-hoc reports on processes when required
• Manage the back & forth communication on process & escalate to your manager anytime when you or your team are unable to complete the work within agreed timeframes or are asked to deviate from standard operating procedures (SOPs) and/or prescribed checklists

Qualifications

To be successful in this position you need to display:

• 6+ years in Regulatory filing like AMS, ISF for Imports to USA
• Team handling experience
• Good English communication skills
• Quick learner
• Good knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel)
• Good logical Skills
• Detailed oriented
• Good time management skills
• Team management skills
