Apple Search Ads in the App Store are an easy, efficient and exceptionally fast-growing platform for app discovery. With over 65% of all app downloads resulting directly from a search on the App Store, Search Ads is quickly becoming the platform of choice for app promotion for iOS developers.

Key Qualifications

  • Previous account management experience, operations or other client-facing sales support expertise is ideal.
  • A good understanding of the mobile and app market and a passion for the ever evolving digital world.
  • Experience in or working with clients in the Games or RMG industry is preferable.
  • Great prioritisation and planning skills.
  • Excel numeric and analytical skills are critical for this role.
  • A clear eye and focus on detail and trends, combined with the ability to react fast to ensure we provide our clients with an outstanding service, whilst keeping a cool head under pressure.
  • Passionate about working across teams, driving a culture of collaboration and shared success.
  • You have excellent communications skills, can listen effectively and articulate the business visions both internally and externally.
  • Fluency in English is required. Additional languages are a plus too!

Description

Description The Platform Specialist team is critical to the business success, combining their expertise of analysing data and optimising accounts with the ability to articulate this in clear and simple terms with clients, driving growth and delivering outstanding client service. You'll have a hands-on client facing account management role and be responsible for leading, growing and developing our key accounts in the Gaming / Real Money Gambling Vertical across the EMEA markets represented by our London office. The Platform Specialist will work closely with the Gaming/RMG Client Partners who act as our frontline business development team. You will also partner closely with your regional colleagues and other key collaborators such as marketing and product, feeding back market sentiment on our products.
