Financial Management Analyst

Key Role:

Provide professional support and services for OEHRM Chief Financial Officer. Process and review purchase orders and reimbursable agreements and develop and review components of the Investment Justification Package and other financial documents for obligations. Assist with analyzing and reconciling IJP data against spend plan and Budget Tracking Tool prior to processing. Provide analytical support for more complex budget projects. Collect financial management requirements and data, validate data with stakeholders, coordinate with Acquisitions, and integrate data to support financial reporting, including spend plan analysis. Analyze and interpret various financial documents and reports against established financial metrics. Issue budget cadence reports and follow up on outstanding actions

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience with financial management policies
• Experience with analyzing and interpreting financial documents and reports, including budget variance as a primary work function
• Experience with financial and accounting terminology
• Master's degree in Healthcare, Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Math, Physics, Accounting, or Finance and 4+ years of experience working in a professional environment or 12+ years of experience working in a professional environment in lieu of degree
