How You Will Make An Impact: We aren’t looking for just another standard help desk person. You should be really excited about new technology, someone who loves seeking out that weird bug, finally solving why a user’s app keeps crashing, and solving a network problem we’ve been scratching our heads on for weeks! This is primarily a support position, but you won’t be stuck at a desk all day staring at a ticket queue. We want someone looking to expand their skillset and grow within our team - managing servers, helping configure our cloud systems, and more.

In This Role You’ll Get To:

    • Respond to assigned helpdesk tickets and provide solutions for reported customer problems.
    • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software problems; perform problem escalation, if required.
    • Provide end user support with IT challenges in person, phone, email and chat.
    • Manage asset inventory (hardware/software), warranty tracking and repair history.
    • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
    • Participate on team projects, complete tasks and ensure they are completed on time and to specifications.
    • Participate in a rotating on-call schedule with others on the team.
    • Occasional travel may be required.

What We’re Looking For:

    • 2+ years of Helpdesk or IT Support experience.
    • Strong MacOS & Windows 10/11 skills.
    • Basic linux skills. (Ubuntu Server)
    • Self-starter that is capable of working remotely.
    • Experience with the following technologies: Google Workspace, Active Directory/Azure AD, SSO, MFA, Zendesk.
    • Understands ticket process, workflow and queue management.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Understands basic networking (IP Addressing basics, subnetting, routing, IPSec/VPN)
