Zocdoc’s most important asset is our people. As a CRM Manager, you’ll play a meaningful role in driving strategic initiatives for provider acquisition and engagement. You’ll own the relationships with key stakeholders and partner closely with BizOps, Product, Sales, Systems and analytics teams to launch measurable campaigns that impact business metrics.

Your day to day is...

  • Taking full ownership of campaign management with recommendations for optimal campaign setup (e.g. smarter audience targeting and implementing recent learnings)
  • Launching CRM campaigns smoothly and demonstrate how they drive KRs for each BU
  • Partnering with stakeholders to understand their roadmaps and making recommendations on how CRM can support their goals.
  • Regular and effective communication around upcoming campaigns, recent campaign performance, and insights and next steps for future initiatives. You’ll identify and share areas of opportunity based on the campaign-level insights to further optimize the CRM program
  • Troubleshooting, monitoring deliverability and optimizing processes as needed
  • Comparing CRM performance to industry standards, and identifying and implementing improvements to adopt best practices

You’ll be successful in this role if you have...

  • 3-6 years of work experience, preferably with 1-3 years in a CRM role
  • A proactive, autonomous, self-starter approach and can tackle ambiguous challenges
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects at once, with strong attention to detail
  • Superb communication skills! You believe in keeping all of your stakeholders in the loop and know that multiple mediums of communication are the key to success
  • Strong analytical skills (particularly Excel) and ability to use data to draw insights and optimize campaigns
  • Working knowledge of SQL or interest in learning
  • A Bachelor's degree
