In this role you will:
• Identify, manage and lead test schedule campaigns at enterprise sites.
• Technical expertise for site RFC reviews and responses relative to test activities
• Develop Detailed Test Plans (DTP), Detailed Check Lists (DCL), and Procedures and test case scenarios with coordination and approval by participants.
• Prepare charts for Test Readiness Reviews (TRRs) and Test Readiness Boards (TRBs) and coordinate stakeholder readiness where the customer is leading test activities.
• Conduct Test Readiness Reviews (TRRs), Test Readiness Boards (TRBs) and associated activities (lead test status meeting, lead test engineering review boards, etc.).
• Identify test participants POCs and Coordinate staffing and stakeholders for test planning, execution and post V & V activities.
• Execute Testing in Coordination with customer operational personnel, site leadership as appropriate.
• Support Operational Readiness Reviews (ORRs), Operational Readiness Demonstrations (ORDs) and Operational Acceptance Reviews (OARs) associated with programs or systems where the customer is leading test activities.
• Coordinate for any Operational Fix / Electronic Fix (OFIX/EFIX0 during test window and obtain approval from Test Enterprise Review Board (TERB) Decision Authorities (DAs).
• Facilitate Consent to Break (CTB) upon unsuccessful test or completion of test.
• Submit DR/Lien list to SED for roll up into the enterprise project list.
• Provide post V & V support to include but not limited to:
o Test data evaluation (metrics, liens, Discrepancy Reports, etc.)
o ID & track liens, DRs to closure
o Report V & V results
o Capture & implement lessons learned for continuous process improvements
• Lead the Test Requirement Forum:
o Lead TERB during test execution
o Create, manage & execute agendas, participation, action items to closure
o Gather and Publish meeting minutes
• Lead the Test Resource Forum (TRF):
o Track RFCs issued and provide impacts to RFCs that indicate customer lead testing
o Coordinate and manage test environment requirements and logistics to include h/w & s/w configurations, participant accesses, databases and test data required to support test activities
o Create, manage and execute agendas, participation, action items to closure
o Gather & Publish meeting minutes
o Lead TERB during test execution

Basic Qualifications:
• Experience with test campaigns requiring internal and external coordination
• Proven exceptional interpersonal communication including ability to establish relationships with customer & teammates
• Highly motivated self-starter who demonstrates the ability to perform effectively in a rapidly-changing environment with minimal supervision
• Strong time management skills
• Record of effectively interacting with senior leadership and customer on significant technical matters, often requiring coordination between organizations
Desired Skills:
• Experience with site customer and priorities
• Experience with Systems Engineering and Integration
