London (Old Street) | hybrid based

Reporting to the Senior Director, Customer Sucess EMEA, you will be part of a founding leadership team as we build out the region for Airtable's first international office launch.

You will recruit, enable, coach and grow a diverse team of talented Customer Success Managers, supporting accounts across the DACH and Southern Europe region.

Owning all segments, from strategic through to mid-market, commercial and SMB, you will help shape the long-term strategy for the CSM organisation whilst also managing day-to-day operations for the team. You are driven, curious and deeply passionate about ensuring our customers are successful with Airtable.

The ideal leader will have experience scaling teams within a SaaS organisation, excellent communication skills and a track record of removing barriers for customer adoption. This role requires confident leadership, strategic prioritisation and empathetic people management.

What you'll do

  • Directly manage and support a team of Customer Success Managers to ensure we are hitting our team and company targets.
  • Support the growth and development of your team by recruiting, hiring, training and coaching top talent.
  • Provide thought leadership and act as a trusted advisor to our customers by building executive-level relationships with key accounts.
  • Report quarterly performance metrics for the team.
  • Work cross-functionally to develop, plan and implement new strategies.
  • Partner closely with Product and Engineering teams to help shape our product direction on behalf of customers.

Who you are

  • You have 8+ years of sales or customer success experience, preferably within an Enterprise SaaS organization.
  • You have a regional background across DACH and / or Southern Europe customer base.
  • You leverage principles of organisational leadership while managing high performing teams.
  • You have repeatedly built successful relationships with large Enterprise accounts throughout your career.
  • You lead effectively in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • You have exceptional organisational, operational and analytical skills.
  • Nice to have: You are passionate and enthusiastic about Airtable!
  • Nice to have: Fluent German or French speaker.
