Job Description
- You are an Integrator and Release Engineer for our product / platform development of Automotive Operating System (AOS).
- You take responsibility for the provision of platform releases defined in close coordination with the development teams and make them available in the target system.
- As part of our integration team, you will focus on generating concepts and in close coordination with software developers, architects and product owners you plan the workflow as well as the selection of tools according to the requirements in terms of the holistic solution.
- An important part of your tasks is to continuously check and adapt the entire integration and release cycle in multi customer environment, particularly when there are changes.
- Interdisciplinary collaboration in cross-departmental teams in an international environment encompasses your area of application.
Qualifications
- Education: degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or comparable
- Personality and way of working:
- Good team player, innovative, communicative, open to breaking new ground, analytical and conceptual way of thinking and working, High motivation to implement solutions for complex problems and to define processes / procedures.
- Motivation to work in an agile environment
- Open for feedback and improvements
- Very good communication skills
- Experience and know-how :
- Practical knowledge in Software Development and integration tasks, ideally in customer projects
- Expertise in common integration environment (e.g. Conan, Jenkins, GIT, CMake, Docker, Artifactory, Atlassian Toolchain, Kubernetes, etc.) and ideally in Linux or QNX
- Good knowledge about cross build toolchain concept and compiler settings
- Know-how about common programming languages (e.g. Python, C, C++, Bash, Groovy)
- Experience in cloud services (e.g. Azure) is beneficial
- Experience in branching strategy is beneficial
