At InVision, we believe that design makes everything possible. The Program Manager for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion will be a critical part of the People team. This role will lead with care and empathy to support DEI programming and partner closely with our Employee Resource Groups. The key focus of the work is facilitating internal learning and development programming in the DEI space, partnering with our Employee Resource groups in planning and programming efforts, and working closely with the People leadership team on key initiatives centered around the employee lifecycle.

Top candidates will be adaptable, agile and resilient, and can move quickly even when things are ambiguous. In addition, top candidates will have a successful track record of implementing effective Diversity, Inclusion, Equity and Belonging programs, facilitating learning experiences and will lead with a customer-empathy mindset.

In this role you’ll:

  • Act as a DEI subject matter expert and share diversity-related issues, legislation, best practices, perspective, insights, and knowledge.
  • Guide InVision’s Employee Resource Groups’ planning and programming in an effort to foster an environment of learning, understanding and celebration of diverse perspectives and experiences.
  • Bring best practice recommendations to internal learning and development as well as Employee Resource Group programming
  • Partner closely with our People Leadership team in integrating inclusion, diversity and bias mitigation concepts along the employee journey.
  • Bring thought leadership, tailored insights, and strategic perspective to bolster our guiding principles, support our culture, and drive an inclusive employee experience across our global team.
  • Assist with the development of key global and regional people programs including performance management, learning and development, talent management, well being, etc.
  • Articulate status, key activities, project risks and opportunities, and recommendations to business stakeholders including verbal (live) updates as well as written updates.

You’ll bring:

  • 4+ years of experience in diversity and inclusion and people and culture programming.
  • Experience facilitating behavioral-based learning to People Managers.
  • Demonstrated emotional intelligence, interpersonal and written communication skills to connect with our global, distributed team.
  • A highly collaborative style that enables you to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community/work environment.
  • Ability to uphold confidentiality and discretion with all sensitive matters.
  • Track record of successful project management.
  • Proven ability to be resourceful, inventive, self-motivated, and able to independently lead and influence others.
